E-commerce Stores

Online stores where finding, paying and tracking an order takes the fewest possible taps.

Where online stores lose sales

A store loses sales at three moments: finding the product, trusting the page and finishing checkout. We design for those moments, set up payments, shipping and tax to match how you really deliver, and connect your stock so you never sell what you do not have. We recommend the platform after a call, based on your catalogue and team, not our preference.

Is this you?

Store setup checklist

The parts of an online store that decide whether orders actually complete.

A catalogue that is easy to browse

Categories, filters and variants (size, colour) planned around how shoppers search, with bulk import from your spreadsheet.

Payments that match your customers

Cards, wallets and cash on delivery through gateways available in your country, tested with real transactions.

Shipping and tax rules

Rates by city, weight or order value, courier tracking links and tax configured before launch.

Promotions you can run yourself

Coupon codes, free-shipping thresholds and bundles, so you can run a sale without calling us.

Emails that recover sales

Order confirmations and a three-step abandoned-cart sequence, written in your tone.

Stock that stays accurate

Inventory syncs with your POS or accounting tool where supported, with low-stock alerts by email.

How the project runs

Four stages with a clear output at the end of each, so you always know what you are approving.

Plan · week 1

Platform choice, catalogue structure, payment and courier setup.

Design · weeks 1–2

Home, category, product and checkout screens for your approval.

Build · weeks 2–5

Products imported, payments and shipping configured, emails written.

Test and launch · week 6

Test orders with real payments, staff training, then go-live.

What we need from you

Having these ready is the quickest way to keep the schedule.

  • A product list in a spreadsheet (name, price, stock, variants)
  • Product photos on plain backgrounds, or a plan to shoot them
  • Business registration details for payment gateway approval
  • Your delivery partners and rates

When this is not the right fit

We would rather tell you now than sell you the wrong thing.

  • You have fewer than five products. A catalogue page with a WhatsApp order button may be enough.
  • You need a marketplace with many vendors. That is closer to a custom app project.

Common questions about your online store

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify if you want speed and low maintenance and accept monthly fees. WooCommerce if you want full control, need local payment plugins or already run WordPress. We compare the real costs on the call.

Can you move my existing store?

Yes. Products, customers and order history can be migrated, and we set up redirects so you do not lose your Google rankings.

Do you handle product photography?

We do not shoot photos, but we send a shot list and editing guide, and can retouch the images you supply.
