Business Automation

Stop copying data between tools: we automate the repetitive steps and keep a human on the decisions.

Where automation pays back first

Automation pays back fastest where the same data is typed into more than one place: a form into a sheet into an invoice into an email. We start with a short audit of how work really moves through your team, pick the two or three steps that waste the most hours and automate those first. AI is used only where judgement is needed, such as sorting emails or summarising a document, and anything risky goes to a person for approval.

Is this you?

A clinic or agency copying leads from forms into spreadsheets by hand

What an automation project includes

From finding the right task to making sure it keeps working.

An audit before building

We watch the process for a few days, time each step and rank tasks by hours saved per month. You see the numbers before you spend.

Connects the tools you use

Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, accounting tools and any app with an API or webhook.

AI only where it helps

Reads an incoming email, extracts an invoice total or drafts a reply. Anything uncertain goes to a person to approve.

One source of truth

Records stay identical across your CRM, sheet and accounting tool, so nobody asks which version is right.

Alerts that mean something

You are notified when an item needs a decision or a run fails, not for every successful step.

Monitoring and documentation

Each workflow is documented in plain language and monitored, so a broken connection is fixed in hours, not weeks.

How the project runs

Four stages with a clear output at the end of each, so you always know what you are approving.

Audit · week 1

We map the current process, measure time per task and choose the first workflows.

Design · weeks 1–2

A one-page diagram shows triggers, steps and approval points for you to sign off.

Build and test · weeks 2–3

We run the automation on real data in test mode, side by side with your manual process.

Hand over · week 3 onward

Go-live, a short training session and monthly checks if you take the care plan.

What we need from you

Having these ready is the quickest way to keep the schedule.

  • Access (or a screen share) to the tools involved
  • One person who knows how the process really works
  • Examples of normal cases and the awkward exceptions

When this is not the right fit

We would rather tell you now than sell you the wrong thing.

  • The process changes every week. Settle the process before automating it.
  • The task takes under about five hours a month. The saving rarely covers the setup.

Common questions about automation

Do we have to switch tools?

No. We connect what you already use. If a tool has no integration, we tell you early and suggest an alternative.

What happens when something breaks?

Failed runs alert us immediately and are retried automatically. On the care plan we fix issues within one working day.

Is my data safe?

We use accounts you own, give each tool only the permissions it needs and do not keep your data in our systems beyond what a workflow requires.
